Samaritan Kidney Specialists - Corvallis

I had a kidney biopsy scheduled, and received a letter telling me to schedule an appointment with Dr "Divine" in Lebanon. So I called them told to leave call back number No one bothered to call. So I called again and was told. Sorry no available appointments for the rest of the year. So the next appointment available was in Corvallis in mid November -- 2 1/2 months after the biopsy. Not acceptable at all.

I was severly ill earlier this year and my system was septic and had severe kidney pain for 3 months and the rude receptionist told me twice to forget being able to make an appointment even with a referral because so many of their specialists left. Thank GOD I got better on my own but please get another receptionist especially when you're dealing with people who are or may be seriously ill. Sighing and being irritated at someone trying to get help should not be the Samaritan way.

Excellent doctor and staff. Easy access.
