They say they have a 5.0 rating from 3 people 2 years ago, but then they turned it off so you couldn't do any reviews. They want to keep it lying, so they can have their 5.0. They say you have access to a nurse 24/7, but yet the head nurse says they don't do anything that is like urgent, even though they did go to an urgent matter. The nurse doesn't seem to be able to speak to a doctor, or even a home health aide, when conflicted on something. But one of the biggest, is asking an elderly disabled patient to get out on a windy snowstorm day, to go see a doctor that she called to make an appointment. Am from Nebraska, and hoped to rent crutches instead of traveling with these necessary, but awkward accessories. I called Samaritan Home Health to enquirer if the offered rental crutches. Although they did not, they sent me three different sources that do in the Watertown area. A customer service person named CINDY, is the Samaritan employee who did all this for me. Some locations never even gave me help, but Miss Cindy or Cindi actually sent me three recommendations. For someone like myself, this is a huge help. Thank you to both Samaritan Home Health and it’s employee Miss Cindy for the much needed assistance.

This service is remarkable. After being discharged from the hospital, I was referred to them. I got a call from a manager shortly after I got home who explained everything and set up appointments for nursing, occupational & physical therapies. Everyone who has participated in my care has been knowledgeable, personable, professional and supportive. They helped me navigate numerous doctors appointments and were great at keeping them informed. If anything needed to be communicated to a Dr., they called the appropriate one for instructions or whatever. I've learned what I need to do in order to make my recovery safely, and got the incentive I needed when I just didn't feel like myself.
