Zero 0️⃣ stars. Completely unprofessional and Incompetent office staff. When I called the office I was told the Dr is in network with my insurance ( I have the best insurance so it’s never an issue) after making my appointment I got a text to complete new patient paperwork in the portal. I tried repeatedly but the portal was not working. I was able to upload my insurance card and ID successfully. I messaged the staff in the portal about the new pt paperwork and they said the portal is down and to try back, I tried over the course of several days with no success. I messaged in the portal and asked if they can email me the paperwork so I can complete it ahead of time, the reply was “no” that I had to arrive early the day of the appointment to do it. Seriously, how hard is it to scan the pape

Wonderful caring Dr and staff,they go above and beyond to meet your needs. Dr Dunn takes her time,and is very knowledgeable!. Her staff are prompt and courteous and they make sure you get in for appointments right away. Hardly any wait in waiting room too,they take you right in to see Dr.. Very satisfied with my visits there! I recommend to all!
