Sam Moskowitz MD PC

Dr. Moskowitz is a great doctor. He was able to give me a definitive diagnosis when no other doctor could. However, I give his practice 3 stars because his office manager, Pearl, is horrendously obnoxious and should never be allowed to work with people. I'm absolutely positive they lose patients because of her. She is rude, inconsiderate, impolite, uncompassionate and has a poor attitude. The office would do much better without her.

I've been with Dr. MOSKOWITZ since 1996, from the beginning he was very soft spoken and listened to my concerns. Once we did all testing and determined that I have a chronic stomach condition. Dr. Moskowitz came up with a plan to control the condition, if you follow his instructions, and understand your illness and or condition. You will need to know your body and how it works and what you need to do on your end as well to help Dr. MOSKOWITZ control or heal your condition. I do annual colonoscopy with Dr. Moskowitz, to monitor my condition which has been in remission for years now. It's been 26yrs. I've been with this doctor and he is amazing. Dr Sam Moskowitz , is a very humble, kind and caring Doctor. He enjoys his job in caring for his patients giving them the best of services they need and even going out of his way to help provide additional help. I would recommend him without a doubt.

I had been a patient of Dr. Moskowitz's for about 5 years. I recently called in crying, to speak to him regarding a condition that scared me. The receptionist made me aware that I had a $30 co-pay from a prior appointment. I had no recollection of such an appointment so I enquired about it. She told me that I had called in during the summer of last year to speak to the doctor and that was considered a visit. I did let her know that I was not aware of this bill. She proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be able to talk with the doctor unless I covered the co-pay. I was extremely disappointed and turned off that my doctor placed money as being more valuable than my life. I had no problem paying the $30 since I've never owed them before. Love, love, love Dr Moskowitz. His staff? They are just plain ole unwelcoming, and unfriendly. I just got off of a phone call with "PEARL". I had never spoken to her before, but I have had to reschedule my Colonoscopy twice before. The first time was due to an emergency, the 2nd time was because I had a work conflict. Pearl asked me to callback when I was ready to reschedule. Duhhhhh, thats what I was calling about. Then she tells me that I...little ole me, was delaying other patients from having their colonoscopies done😮. I still tried to play like nice and said, " I understand, to avoid all your patients waiting, would you please be so kind as to schedule me in August? Therefore all the other folks that are in line waiting for their desperately needed colonoscopies can be scheduled.
