Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I love this clinic! Dr Kirk is the most caring doctor I have ever had anywhere. The dentist department is super also. Kory Andrews is the best! My teeth always feel so clean after being cleaned by her. Thank you to the entire facility!

I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

I am just going to say that everyone at this office was nice and efficient. The office was nice and clean. My only problem is “why don’t they make appointments for you to follow up. Why do you have to call weekly on Wednesday from 4:30-5:00. I mean this is 2024, when you work and don’t get off until 5:00. I really don’t understand why Cherokee Nation doesn’t do something that is up to date like online scheduling. The thing is health care is a part of our Indian rights, but often times when you try to use some of our Indian services they make you feel like you are less than. Why is that? I mean seriously we need some help!! Tried to schedule a appointment they were rude as hell over the phone and the staff members there when they say they will call you in a month to schedule a appointment then they never do they make all conditions just right where you have to to go somewhere else further away do not go here!
