24 hour lead time and paid for next day air - never received product ...called and after 10 phone rings was told it was a computer glitch and would go out next day - too late for any use. cant offer next day if you do not have people power to make it happen.

Excellent customer service. I love my sales team of Alexandria King and Angela Lipe Watson. They are always accessible to me. Any orders, they will get it to me in a timely manner with reasonable pricing. Alexandria even drove to my office to pickup a faulty Meissinger part for return, not even Salvin product. This amazing company stands behind their products and the products they sell for other companies. This is a great company with excellent service and reasonable pricing. Very unprofessional and they are clueless on how to handle accounts and be responsible for their defective products. The company needs to spend more time training their staff on how to handle phone calls in a courteous manner, keep a GOOD ATTITUDE when their being questioned about double charges on your bank account because their "system screw up". Just to show their equipment is not the best they try to charge a restocking fee when you return their defective items, seriously? Don't waist your time and money with them. How can Salvin serve a group of professionals if their staff is not professional enough?

KN95 mask you guys sale for unit price 99 dollars for a pack of 20. I was able to purchase for unit price of 48 dollars pack of 20. I will never buy from you again. In an unprecedented time of need such as these b/c of COVID-19 pandemic you want to help to support your customers you can still make an honest profit without hurting your customers and ultimately your company.
