First Ortho was extremely great he explained procedures great for my daughter. Reason for the 2 star is the front desk lady. Soon as we walked in her energy was negative. She then tried to tell me that with or without retainer that removal of braces was 500$ when the doctor specifically told me it was 250 if I wanted to do it without retainer this response from this front desk lady just gave scam to pocket money. Then my daughter was in pain from a piece of wire cutting her cheek the doctors assistant said they can remove to relieve pain this front desk lady decided to tell me no that cannot be done unless I agree to a treatment plan and said no X-rays will be taken and walked away. Doctor who again was amazing returned fixed the wire in two seconds and ordered the X-ray for us to be on ou

Dr. Darshil Ranpariya is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in the area. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them without feeling rushed. The entire staff is great and very welcoming as soon as you step through the door.
