Pristine Dental

This practice has gone downhill since Dr Bali left. I've seen both Dr Ahmed and Dr Hamad. I've experienced negligence, non-consensual adjustments (you can't agree if someone's hand is in your mouth), and exceptionally unprofessional treatment (huffing and puffing, hiding behind me so that she wouldn't look at me and arguing that I wasn't experiencing the pain that I was experiencing). Dr Hamad even vandalized my mouth guard, which cost a lot, and would have ruined it had I not called her out on what she was doing. The dental assistants are very good, and it's a shame that they have dentists like these to work with. AVOID this practice.

Was strongly urged by this clinic to get an expensive out of pocket treatment elsewhere. Afterwards this clinic was dragging it's feet for a followup. I was later told that I was being too difficult after the front desk had scheduled me for a cleaning instead of the followup work i needed. They never filed a claim for the work that i requested at their reccomendation, but at least they reminded me for a checkup months later!

Just had a cleaning and a filling at Pristine Dental in West Chicago—place is solid. Staff's friendly and made me feel at ease. Dropped about $120 after insurance, and they were upfront about all costs. No upselling, just honest care. Office is clean and modern, and they even have parking, which is clutch around here. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.

Very well treated by the staff the work area is very clean I would recommend coming to this dentist very nice people here and very adorable painting for the young ones

I've had great experience here. They take medicaid for adults, The staff are great and very friendly, clean place!
