Terrible office manager doesn't care for patients, she has no idea how to do her job. She didn't helped me with an insurance problem that she created on the first place, she never even bother to help, perhaps because she is not even know how to. Finally my own insurance pushed to issue and all the extra work that I had to do. Never coming back to this place and I wouldn't recommend anyone do in it. Long waits and not impressed by doctors.

Great staff, Charlene is amazing!!! I went there referred by a friend who lost a lot pounds and I was struggling to lose weight, so I decided to go there and I'm so happy with the resiulsts!!! If you follow their instructions you'll achieve your goal!!! I've lost more than 50 pounds!!!!

I been coming to this clinic for a while, ever since this lady named Silvia started working there, it's been a bad experience she's very rude, aggressive,sarcastic, disrespectful, no home training, and inconsiderate. Patients like me go to be taken care of, not to come out feeling mistreated, neglected and humiliated. One thing is disrespecting me and other older family members, but her disrespecting a child that's way out of the line! And I had to speak up, I hope others do the same and don't feel scare to do so!

Call ahead to get seen drove 1.5 hrs told to arrive before 5 i did and when i arrived they refuse to see me as they had many people waiting mind you i called 2 hrs before hand to ensure what time i had to be here by. Horrible service save ur self the time find another clinic 😠

Great service. Charlene helped me with my weight loss goal. I was able to get vacation ready in 30 days with the HCG. Props to her for keeping me on my toes and following up
