I go elsewhere now. Ive worn glasses my entire life and they tried to gaslight me when I said the prescription was wrong. It was wayyy off like everything was blurry, I felt dizzy, and had no balance when wearing them but they tried to tell me it was just my eyes adjusting. Insane because how are you going to tell me I'm wrong when I cant see through the glasses you gave me or walk with them on and that never happened to me in my entire life of wearing glasses. I haven't returned since.

Taking over a month for a trial pair of contacts is bizarre. I received my glasses within 2 weeks. I called today 11/14 and was told the contact specialist is in Berlin today so please call back Monday to get a better idea of how long they will take. My Dr appt was October 14th, then my contact fitting appt was Oct 24th (yes they require 2 seperate appts and they are at 2 different locations) This has been the most disorganized process since things have changed. I will be looking elsewhere for a properly managed and more efficient eye care doctor.

I am highly disappointed. I came in for my eye exam on 6/2 and also chose my frame to be ordered. I was told that it would take 14 days at the least for my eye glasses to arrive. I called on the 6/15 to check the status of my eye glasses. The lady I spoke to said that they don’t have it yet. I called back on 6/20 and was told that they unfortunately did not order the glasses, and asked if I wanted to choose a frame, I replied with “No, I’ll stick with the one that I chose on 6/2.). I was also told that they were trying to get a hold of me by phone (never had a call). I called on 7/11 to see if my eye glasses has arrived yet. I was told that my eye glasses came in and it was ready for pick up. Upon receiving my eye glasses I noticed that it wasn’t the right frame, and I kindly let the la

Horrible experience. They dilated my eyes for absolutely no reason. Just so they could charge my insurance. Their equipment is old and their wait times are crazy. They wouldn't give 1800 contacts my husbands prescription so now I have to go in a get it myself. Save yourself the headache and find another eye dr.

Dr. Murphy is the best for contact lenses. She is a true expert. I struggled with another practice for 6 months trying to get my new bifocal's contacts straight. I chose to get a second opinion and am so glad I did. I am so happy with my bifocals after Dr. Murphy worked with me and listened to my concerns. She is the best!
