I absolutely loved my experience with Salisbury! Apart of the office being the cutest and coziest, the staff was absolutely amazing<3 The girls at the front desk were so patient, friendly, and extremely helpful! You never know what to expect from your insurance and of course, I ran into insurance issues during my first few appointments.. They had full empathy and were kind enough to reschedule as many times needed without hesitation until issue got resolved. (There isn’t much offices around that will do that!) Dr. Chen and her assistants were absolutely lovely, very kind and professional. They addressed all of my concerns and did a fantastic job on my fillings! One of the best dental clinic I have visited since I went abroad. Dr Chen and all other staffs are very friendly. Moreover, Dr Chen patiently provided useful suggestions to me for better and cheaper treatment. I strongly recommend this dental clinic to the guys in this town.

Dr Chen was so kind and thorough. Left my prior dentist (without naming names) because the wait was 9 ish months after each cleaning rather than ever 6 months (a business decision that could be changed if needed). Dr. Chen has asssured me my family and I will be able to get in every 6 mos for our routine cleanings. Thank you!

Dr Chen is amazing--she did a 3M Filtek procedure to restore tooth structure for my receding gums and did an amazing job (and she gave me a great price for it as well). The dental assistants also really care about you and they recommended me to get a water flosser, which has really improved my dental hygiene.

Excellent service all around! I was greeted by name, and the lobby was decorated so cute for Halloween. I waited just a moment even though I was a few minutes early for my appointment. The dental assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The doctor was thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to do a simple procedure on my broken crown rather than something more extensive. I have made another appointment for my cleaning! Very impressive and well organized business!
