Salem Pediatric Clinic

My daughter has been to this clinic 3 times now. We left a more popular dental office due to the the dr. Being very insensitive to her anxiety and my concerns. We came to clover dental and dr.janny was wonderful. Really explained the process and made sure to talk to my daughter about all of her concerns as well. They are very accommodating to her needs and comfortability. They have the cutest waiting room with things to keep her busy as well.

We love Salem Pediatric Clinic. We see Dr Koletar and appreciate his swift, reassuring, and knowledgeable care. The admin staff is fantastic and quickly responds to phone calls. The clinic’s lab is perfectly tailored to children and the phlebotomist who did our baby’s blood draw truly enjoyed her work and made an uncomfortable situation soothing for our baby. So grateful for their service!

My children have received wonderful care from Dr. Koeltar and Dr. Heibert. They take the time to listen to your concerns. They are knowledgeable professional, and compassionate. I would highly recommend these pediatricians.

As many others have said… front desk staff leaves some to be desired. Every visit we have to remind them we have 2 insurances to bill then get ushered over to another window to submit our SAME insurance card. Long wait times for doctor. 20 minutes is common. Lack of communication to patients parents. Always seems like they have too much on their plates. Haven’t met anyone that works here yet that truly seems like they enjoy their job. Hopeful things can turn around because salem needs a good pediactric clinic.

We have gone to Salem Peds for almost 10 years, we love our PCP Dr. Vu, she is wonderful with our son. This evening we had an urgent treatment need, injury related, and WOW they were so fast to answer the phone and get us in to see Dr. Bailey. In the past we kind of expected long wait times on the phone but this evening on a Friday night- we called at 5:45pm and were seen and triaged and out the door by 6:30pm. They saved us a very expensive trip to the ER. Thank you Dr. Bailey and Salem Peds!
