Salem Pain & Spine Specialists

I was to see Dr Rebecca Monreal for a steroid injection on my back in October. I got a call from office saying had to cancel because of government shutdown and because i had Medicare. I was disappointed as it had already taken months to even get an eval appointment and never even met Dr Monreal. I am in much pain and apparently Money is prioritized over patient care. Besides the fact it took forever from the time of my referral to even get an initial appointment. I had to physically go in to speak to someone. While i was in constant pain. I would put a zero but not an option. So disappointing. They need to do better, there to provide a service for people who are struggling with severe pain

Front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. My PA, Eugene was professional and thorough. The consultation and examination were completed in a reasonable amount of time. All of my questions were answered and my pain management program was established.

I love everyone at this clinic. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. The procedures they perform help so much with nerve pain. I wish I visited them many years ago but better late than never.

DR Manuylova is always on top of my type2. She is on time and always renews my prescriptions on time. Always plenty of parking and allows you to get lab work wherever is most convenient.

I have been to Salem Pain and Spine numerous times for back pain. If I am going on the left side of the office I am always greeted by "Maggie". Maggie always has a smile, she is very professional, but always has a twinkle in her eyes and has a great since of humor. She is very thorough in her part of the examination. The best part if there can be one going to see a doctor is her personality. When I have an appointment I really look forward to seeing her and visiting for a short minute. Everyone at Salem Pain and Spine is very nice, but Maggie is a cut above the rest. She deserves a couple gold stars and a pay raise.
