I am a first time hearing aid user and I have been to two hearing aid centers. What I have learned very quickly is that each business will look at your hearing test and then tell you what brand of hearing aids they carry and the prices which typically cost between $3-6000. What they don't do is say, "based on your hearing test, I know what will work best for you." The good news is that there has been a lot of advancements in hearing aid technology and there are many, many choices. The bad news is that there are so many choices. My advice is...do your research, maybe talk to an audiologist, see what type of hearing aid you prefer and then try a few. Don't be afraid to try a couple of over the counter hearing aids. There are some very good products with good customer service with 45-100 day

My Dad’s hearing aids were not working. It would’ve been two months to get him appointment at the VA. I called and same day they worked me in to fit my schedule, same day! Excellent service, and staff. Chris was kind and professional.

I have had my hearing aide almost a year and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. They are fast, professional and competitive with other offices. I love that I got my hearing tube replaced quick and was covered by them. The main reason I love them is because they got me a hearing aide quick before my Christmas trip, others wanted to take weeks to months to get funds first before giving me one to wear.
