I wish there was away to give this place zero stars. Never in my life have I had a worse experience. From the time in ICU to the palliative care team telling us my mother has only three months to live after being admitted for a broken hip. Now we knew she had liver failure but never once were we told by her normal doctor this prognosis. In my mother time and care at Salem Health she now has a wound that was created from staff not turning her and has not heal due to wound care not taking care of the issue. This has made her walking even more challenging. The case manager has tried to push my family to place my mother in an unsafe facility and telling we have no choice where she goes. All of this as my family had to call around to find out who are Case manager was as no one was communicatin

Many times spent at imaging and it has always been a good process.
