Well. IF you can even get in…. And thats a really BIG if… because trying to get them to even acknowledge a referral is a JOKE. It took about FOUR MONTHS and THREE referrals from my dr, and they NEVER called me, I had to reach out each time, only to be told excuse after excuse about why the referral wasnt valid, THEN they arent taking new patients, oh wait, they ARE taking new patients but appointments are 2 months out. Ummmmm Ok? So I FINALLY get an appointment after 4 months, and TWO HOURS…. Yes… TWO. HOURS. Before my appointment, they call me to cancel. This place is a JOKE. Its literally been FOUR MONTHS and they cancel the appointment. Unfortunately no where else is taking new patients, yes, I called around! So Im stuck dealing with these clowns. I take my daughter to Salem Rehab for P/T and O/T. Did speech when she was younger helping her left side weakness become more symmetrical with chewing. We have never had a bad visit! The staff made my daughter feel heard understood and helped me guide her care plan. I didn’t know how to help her and now I don’t need to advocate for her as much because they do such an amazing job staying connected with Ohsu and her pcp. She is a complexed kiddo but they tackled her needs head on and made a game plan for her. Thank you guys so much for your continued support. Leslie Bonnie and Julie are amazing! We’ll be meeting Trent soon :)

Horrible experience dealing with therapist Saif paid them to take care of my shoulder and because I was 15 min late sent me home? I am not a child! Was very unprofessional with me! Working with Robby this time around. He really kicked my butt, in a good way! This is my go to Phicial Therapy facility in Salem.

Had appt today, waited 15 minsfor therapist to come out. I checked in downstairs and when I came upstairs the receptionist didn't acknowledge me and was chatting on the phone. I approached her after waiting 15 mins and asked where the therapist was. She says oh well you need to fill out these forms. That's why she's not coming to get you. I told her if she was actually doing her job instead of chatting on the phone, the form would have been done 10 mins ago. Pathetic!! Very rude staff!
