Salem Clinic - Inland Shores

I liked the provider that I saw. Dr. Zuber was so nice and friendly to me. But I had to stop seeing her because they no longer accept Pacific Source Medicare. The office canceled my appointment behind my back. Then they called me and told me that they canceled my appointment, because they don't accept my health insurance. They have never told me that they accept my health insurance until they called . They called me and told me that when i sent them the bill that i got through the mail. They were rude to me on the phone. They left me hanging with no Endocrinologist. They didn't care and just told me to have my primary care doctor refer me to another Endocrinologist. Dr. Zuber is a good doctor. I liked her and had no issues with her. But the office people were rude to me. They don't care

Initially had a great experience with the provider I saw and she even helped me with anew diagnosis and getting on medication. However where they fell flat by promising me to send over lab orders to Salem health, due to my insurance no longer being accepted, and that didn’t happen so when I followed up about it I was told they refuse to do it because of that- which makes no sense you should be able to send a lab that was ordered to the place I’m covered at. Not only that but it’s negligent to not have labs done on a pt with a hx of problems that could be triggered by said new medication. So all in all this place doesn’t care about their pts and are too lazy to provide what’s needed.

My Dr. Bistola is wonderful , very personable and professional with great knowledge and experience, The last couple times that he asked for Blood Work , it’s been more than unacceptable , it’s gotten to ridiculous,, I waited for more than an hour at the beginning of May 2025, then on last Thursday I waited for almost an Hour and a half and there was still 4 or 5 people ahead of me… so I left …

Salem Clinic is the best! Always quick to get an appointment and they have the best service. The providers are all amazing!

Salem clinic is by far the wost health company in Salem. From their business practices to their providers. I would do some research and look elsewhere before considering joing Salem clinic.
