Has a referral sent to SCE. They received it on the 26th. They asked me to call back on the 30th, which I did and was told the referral was still in process and to call back in one week. I called again today, February 9th and got the same lime of BS, to call back in a week. I will be seeking another endocrinologist ASAP.
I did not have a good experience with the NP who took care of me.first she could not put the lab order properly.then after consultation she is going to send me to Dalem Hospital for thyrogem injection and the whole body scan.it took almost a month for her medical assistant to call me regarding the whole body scan.Then another month no follow up until I called Salem scheduler.Again Ms Carter sent incompletely order,another delayed, so not so good service
Dr. Bassett is very kind. Friendly office staff too.
