Saint Helena Pharmacy

Poor service. Unprofessional staff. FOUR TIMES went back in the same day and got four different answers. Never got my meds.Thankfully it’s only one prescription. Taking my business elsewhere. Monday comes if I don’t get my meds I’m telling them flat out cancel the prescription! I’m going to another pharmacy. Edit: Monday yet another excuse! I cancelled my prescription and any pending I had there. Good buy to bad service and being treated like a dummy!

The best service in the Bronx. This pharmacy has the kindest staff. I love going there to get my meds and otc, the girls on the front are nice and excellent. The pharmacist as well. They are very caring. The short girl Eri is helpful. I won’t go to any other pharmacy cause I know I won’t find another one better than this one.

Most incompetent pharmacy ever. The staff super unprofessional. To the point one time they send my medication and the delivery never made it. Next day the send again. and the other delivery show up at the same time one day later. They have no clue of what they doing. They need some customers service training as well

Ya’ll need to get their act together, I got there at 9 am the girls on the counter were talking, they didn’t even turn on their computers Plus the guy working there was late and they didn’t open the pharmacy at 9 am he told us to wait, we waited for 20 mins outside, it’s winter! For God sake! And when they were about to open at 9:20 the girl working there said the pharmacy is not gonna be open cuz the pharmacist is stuck in traffic and late. They made us waste our time!!! They never ready. They need to close that pharmacy or at least get another management.

The best pharmacy in the best. The most professional staff you guys could ever find. People are the nicest and sweetest, always down to help me.
