Saint Francis Animal Hospital

This is a great vet! I was recommended to this hospital by a former employee which already says a lot for how good they are. We saw Dr Navas and she was very kind and great with our boy. Our dog is a little shy and nervous at the vet but instantly took to the dr and was very happy for the attention and treats he received during our visit! I am hoping a good first visit means the next visit he will be a lot more comfortable! I will definitely be coming back! Also the price was a lot more reasonable than I expected.

Saint Francis has been extremely amazing to all of my pets anytime I go. I recently had to rush my cat in for an emergency because he had a urinary blockage. They took great care of him while he was there for a few days. I got calls every day with updates from the front desk and all three doctors. He is doing a lot better now. The price was extremely reasonable as well and did not break the bank. I want to thank all the doctors, especially Dr. Navas, for always treating my pets with such great care!

Disappointed with the level of care. In every visit, they try to sell me more things that my dog does not need. Last visit, they were supposed to do the anal gland expression, and they forgot. As I was about to leave, the nurse tells me that they forgot to do it, and they would do it now (before I left their office). I agreed, and they did it. Next, they charged me again for the anal expression, and then told me that next time it's included as part of the charge for the visit. This contradicts what they just did, in that they charged me for the visit and medication that they pushed to sell, and then they charged me for the anal gland expression they forgot to do during the visit. I have been going here for years with my three dogs at the time. Then two and now one who is a senior. I didn’t realize how important and thorough this veterinary office is until I had multiple emergencies/immediate visits to schedule. They always got me in within that day or next. No matter what. I use to think the first 3 times they saw my Ivy in a hurry, I got lucky. But it was the most recent 5th emergency that i realized it was never luck. They just really are a great facility with employees who care about their job & patients. I can’t truly thank them enough to ease my mind when these emergencies happen more so often than not now my dog is a senior. They truly make a difference!

We had such a great experience here! The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Our vet was Dr. Wright and she was absolutely amazing! She took time to go over everything with me and really cared for my dog like one of her own. 10/10 recommend bringing your fur babies to this location. We will for sure be returning! (Prices are also not bad at all)!!
