Could Dr. Griselda and technician Luisa be any sweeter? I don’t think so. This is the first time I’ve felt that a veterinarian truly wants to help my dog with genuine interest in his improvement, not in our money. My dog Charlie suffers from allergies, and finally a veterinarian is willing to support us with a long term plan. The way they treated my baby was incredibly kind and loving, and technician Luisa my dog literally fell in love with her. I haven’t had such a pleasant vet visit in years. Thank you so much! This is how all vets and technicians should be. Keep it up, ladies!

Loved how my Pitbull was treated. Dr. Griselda and Tech Luisa are amazing. I have spent thousands in my 6 yr old dog due to his skin condition and nothing/no one had been able to accurately medicate my dog. Dr. Griselda has been the first to determine what my dog needs and results have been evident. The welcoming carisma of Tech Luisa is a plus. They make an amazing team. It is evident that they are passionate about their jobs but also understanding of how expensive a treatment can be providing options for the pet owners. It is a great low income clinic for pets.

This staff is amazing! Dr. Acuna and Candace were incredibly helpful, compassionate, encouraging, and realistic with my pups treatment. My dog was very sick and they went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions and concerns, direct me to the best possible options for care, and helped me with money saving alternatives along the way. I could not have asked for a better team to help assist me in this stressful journey. I truly felt like they cared for my Frankie like she was their own. Highly recommend !

Horrible and Racist! My cat had surgery today and they demanded me to pay before the surgery. When I went to pick up my cat they said I didn’t pay and that you never pay before the surgery. After finding my receipt they said they found the receipt as well and that the nurse specially requested I paid beforehand. Why was the unusual request, because I’m hispanic? This was extremely racist and extremely disrespectful, I was a loyal customer but will never return after getting treated so horribly.

This place ... IS A BLESSING. First, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to any animal lover. One other place (without mentioning the high expense service location). They told me about this place, since I'm a very low income person. It turns out ... ALL of their annual services are more affordable, then any other in Central Florida. They also do the best in squeezing you in for the next appointment, based on your availability. Please call them, and compare their low income prices for your animal service.
