They office has recently been sold and the new owners are putting noney back into the business with upgrades to the building all the offices. I would recommend them if you're looking for new denist.

Today was my first visit to this office and it definitely won’t be my last! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I filled out my paperwork since I was a new patient and I only waited maybe 5 minutes or less before the dental hygienist came to get me. The dental hygienist was very sweet and inviting, she was very gentle with my cleaning considering I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. Dr.Hyland came in after the cleaning was done and explained to me what work I needed to get done and what options I had. I ended up getting referred to a oral surgeon to take out my wisdom teeth. I have been going here for years for regular cleanings but recently had an issue with some sensitivity and pain in a tooth. Of course this happened over the weekend but I was able to call and leave a message which was returned immediately Monday morning. I had the option to contact them on an emergency number but I decided although my tooth hurt, it didn't constitute an emergency response. Saginaw Dental Excellence was able to make room for me in their busy schedule and diagnose my issue. It's in the process of being taken care of and already feels MUCH better! I use to be nervous about going to the Dentist's office because of bad experiences as a child. This office is fantastic! The staff is both friendly and genuinely empathic. During the procedures, they are constantly asking about my pain level to make sure that I am comfortable. The best thing about the staff, is they are very competent. I have referred many people to this office, and they have been very happy. Thank you for taking care of my oral health and making me feel comfortable while I am at the office.

Haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years 😳 due to being so scared for so long. Went in today and ALL the staff I ran into were very friendly. Kylie did all my cleaning and Xrays she made my experience so amazing. The doctor Dr.Morse was very thorough and made sure I knew everything that needed to be done and his plans to do them. Would highly recommend this place to anyone after my first time going. Will be back to have all my dental needs met there.
