I LOVE sagelight! I think there’s only two people that work here but the ladies get along so well! It’s a small BLACK OWNED business and Dr. Renee is so sweet and peaceful! She really knows how to run a business so well. My acupuncturist is Tasha and Tasha is a holistic ray of sunshine! I just feel like she is the goddess of peace! I tell her all the time that I feel like I’m getting half therapy sessions and half acupuncture sessions haha! They do accept insurance and they do a great job calling to remind you of your appointments. The facility is a townhome that was renovated into a business so it can be tricky finding them at first. They provide delicious tea’s in the wait area even though I’ve never had to wait before. There are different theme rooms and they have heat lamps to make

I had never tried acupuncture before visiting Sagelight Integrative Wellness Center. I love how they explained the process in an educational manner, offered an in-depth intake and truly cared about my experience. So far, we've done several acupuncture sessions and I've certainly felt improvements to both my physical and emotional well-being! Highly highly recommend!

I came to Kari not knowing much about acupuncture, but knowing that I wanted alternative healing.
