Lois was amazing at helping out some really sore muscles I had from an intense workout. I was impressed by how thorough the intake was, and also how well she listened to my needs and made the session just what I needed. Lois can get plenty deep but it's in a gentle way. Thanks!
Had her work on my lower back and right leg after a surgery left me with chronic pain. I felt progressively better after every session. Will continue going back. It’s nice to be able move around again without being in constant pain.
