I started seeing Julie for pelvic floor pain and weakness 4 months after giving birth, and I wish I had gone sooner! I had hit a point with chronic health issues, cherry-ed on top with a pelvic organ prolapse, and was feeling powerless and despondent. Chatting with Rebecca, she suggested we try a few sessions of Stephenson Method. Ive always felt completely heard, understood, and supported in sessions with Rebecca, and these sessions only further prove she is the best. Observations and suggestions from Rebecca during the sessions helped me to correct my posture and reconnect my diaphragm and pelvic floor to my breath, which have dramatically improved my prolapse and IBS symptoms.
