Love Adrian at Sage Massage in Suffield, CT. She taylors to the massage to you whether you want a deeper massage or swedish. I like a deeper massage and she is always willing to give me stretches that will help my problem areas in between massages. Located on a quiet street right off of 91 - check them out!
