Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness

My experience at Resilience has been amazing. After getting ACL and meniscus surgery, everyone I talked to recommended Resilience. Dr. Matt and Dr. Zach are supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. They have helped me so much throughout my recovery by pushing me when needed, and helping me regain my confidence. The environment there is so positive and uplifting. They celebrate the small wins and make the frustrating days worth it. The team is invested in your process and is dedicated to making sure you return stronger than before. I would absolutely recommend Resilience to anybody looking for a great physical therapy place. They care about your injury and you as a person and I couldn’t be more thankful for them!

My last 4 months at Resilience have been great. They have an extremely supportive environment, and every physical therapist is very well trained and knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Jon was amazing to say the least. He made my journey with shoulder surgery feel manageable, and had by back every step of the way. I cannot recommend a better location to train and recover.

Resilience is a very different rehab experience. Every other rehab facility I have been to has only focused on a single body part. Dr Jon's goal was to improve my whole body health. In addition to my Dr's request, he worked on strengthening my core, balance, and supporting muscle groups to improve my quality of life overall. Thank you Dr. Jon!

My experience at Resilience is life changing. After decades of officiating basketball and college lacrosse, I injured my piriformis. The traditional approach with physical therapy did not alleviate my symptoms. The intentional work I did with Dr Jon was tailored to my specific needs, and through strength training and attention paid to my officiating path, I had great results. After three sessions I now can run without any pain. I Intend to continue this good work to achieve my wellness goals even further.
