I suffer from really bad anxiety, especially when it comes to dental work. I just received my implant screw from Dr. Joshua, and let’s just say it was nothing short of amazing! I was so nervous, but when I asked if we were going to start, he explained that we were already done. That’s how quick and smooth the procedure was. I was so scared to see the dentist, but everyone in the office truly made me feel like family. Thank you all for making such a scary experience so comfortable for me. ❤️

I came in today for my annual dental checkup, including X-rays. While the visit started off fine, my experience during the X-rays for my lower teeth was uncomfortable and disappointing. I had difficulty holding the X-ray device in place due to how it was positioned. I was repeatedly instructed to hold it with my lips, which was not possible. The staff member assisting me became visibly frustrated, which made the interaction tense. At one point, she made a comment questioning whether I wanted to proceed, even though I was there specifically for this service and cooperating throughout. After repositioning the device again, the images still did not meet expectations. During this process, she touched my cheek in a way that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Good location and spacious entrance/waiting area👌 front desk rep very friendly and professional. My first-time visit went great. The x-rays attendance made me feel very comfortable ☺️ and easy to talk to. Dr. Rodriguez was very professional and knowledgeable she explain all I needed and answered all my questions. My experience with the team a Sage Dental of The Lakes. Has been more then amazing. I was well over due of dental work it was bad. I went in a needed root canal, extractions, etc done. I expressed my fear and concerns about needles. The team listen and showed much sympathy, empathy and compassion to me. I vowed I would never go back to any Dental office. I lied. I Love this team. I make sure I go to every appointment.

The office manager, Anabella, is arrogant and a liar. She sets quotas, and when you arrive for a cleaning, there are no engineers available. Furthermore, she only wants to make money, even though the insurance covers some procedures, and if you refuse to pay, she makes you feel like garbage and arrogantly throws you out of the premises.
