I had an excellent experience at Sage Dental in Roswell. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Roberts is amazing—professional, patient, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and is very intentional with her care. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mike, the office manager. I’ve known Mike for over five years, and his level of professionalism, consistency, and care has always been the same. I’m going to be honest with you all, I dont recommend this location whatsoever. Doctors have cancelled on my appointments twice already, due to “family emergencies”. Then I came in to get a crown done, and they did not tell me in detail how the process was going to go. Apparently your first visit is a temporary crown, they send something out to the lab and then you have to come back for a permanent one. They DID NOT thoroughly explain this to me. It was mentioned to me literally right after I paid and the lady in the front told me that my dentist already told me about it. The dentist told me a bunch of other things I need done, but this was definitely not THOROUGHLY explained. Basically I have to wait over 8 weeks to get the permanent done because the dentist is going on vacation. Tbh, go

Words cannot express how kind everyone at the clinic was. Every staff member was incredible and had the best bedside manner. I have the worst dental anxiety and they were so understanding and accommodating. The staff and the endodontist (Dr Kwon if I am not mistaken) I saw were incredible. The root canal was quick and painless. Lovely all around. Thank you guys again!! ❤️
