I had a great experience with this dental office during a phone call! Lilly at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to carefully explain all the pricing details to me over the phone so I could fully understand my options. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Even though it was just a phone interaction, her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Lilly truly made a great first impression!

I have been calling around looking for a dental office that takes my insurance and will work around my busy schedule. I called this office and I believe I spoke to Lilly which made just the experience over the phone worth wild! The office doesn’t take my insurance BUT I did have a lot of questions about pricing and how the doctors are to see if it was worth it to pay out of pocket. She answered all my questions and made me feel good about becoming a patient and answered my question about the dentist to make sure I’m choosing the right fit for me. I have a lot of trauma when it comes to the dentist and Lilly made me feel sure that I was choosing the right office, the right dentist, & feel warm without even meeting her! I love this office! The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming and patient. The manager Jenevieve is an angel! I had so many questions and she was able to answer all of them. I wasn’t approved for the first financial loan we tried and she didn’t stop there. After an hour of attempting she got me approved for a different loan and I was able to start my treatment after years of prolonging. Dr.vickers is very sweet and comforting. I will be referring more people.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for regular cleanings, and I just want to say the entire team does an amazing job. There were some moments where it felt like a lot was going on in this dental place but everyone worked well under pressure. A tall lady named Janavi explains all that will go on with services, prices, insurance etc to where I never once felt confused about my treatment or next steps because she always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. It’s not easy working in a fast-paced environment, but Janavi manages it impressively. The entire team works well together, and I truly appreciate the atmosphere there. Thank you for everything you do!

I am more than pleased with my visit today. I had an amazing experience with all of the staff. I was attended my the lovely Dr. Vicars and her team, which explained everything to me and was very kind. I whitened my teeth and the lady was excellent and caring. The icing on the cake was Lily, the receptionist. She ended my visit with a few laughs and was very attentive. I will always come back to this office and will recommend it to my family.
