I’ve been having my teeth cleaned for many years but have never had them cleaned as thoroughly as Christy cleaned them! I don’t think I’ve ever felt more taken advantage of during a medical visit. What was supposed to be a 2 hour appointment for a routine annual cleaning literally lasted almost 6 hours. I have regularly gotten my teeth cleaned my whole life. Like most other negative reviews on here, after completing x rays (which they framed as complimentary), I was told my teeth warranted a bunch of additional procedures, beyond a typical cleaning. Without insurance, my visit would have cost $4,000. With insurance, it was $800. The officer manager, Catherine Coulter, was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and mostly just stared at me with a blank condescending stare as I asked questions trying to understand the absurd cost. Later, I asked the dentist “so is the condition of my teeth really bad?” He responded “

Scheduled an appointment for just a cleaning and cleaning only. Received my x-rays as per usual and was expecting a cleaning. Nicole was great in examine my gums and was very informative. However, after discussion they brought in a treatment plan for over $1200. Mind you this is after insurance and I’ve seen a dentist every 6 months for the last 25 years and have near perfect teeth. Just another corporation upselling you on everything that you don’t need like needle free novacaine gel or an annual cancer screening. At the end of the day I did not receive a cleaning like I was expecting.
