Sage Dental of Maitland

Wish I had read the reviews before I went. Very disappointed!! Made the appointment for a general cleaning, but instead they’re pushing for a deep cleaning which the Insurance doesn’t cover most of it. Paid a co-pay just for x-rays.Money hungry!! They also stole my earrings!! Took them off for X-ray. Forgot them and when I called, they state they didn’t find them and refused to give them back.. Never have I ever seen this unprofessionalism and rudeness from a dental office. And don’t bother complaining to the manager; he’s the worst!! Just SHAMELESS!!

I am highly apprehensive about dental procedures. However, I must express my gratitude to Enrique and Christian for their exceptional ability to put me at ease. Furthermore, Doctor Badrous’s professionalism and kindness were truly remarkable. Her calming demeanor, coupled with her professional mannerisms, created a comforting environment. I am confident that I will never seek dental care elsewhere. The office and exam room was very clean and well-lit. I wholeheartedly recommend Sage Dental of Maitland for any dental work you may require. By the way, no hard pressure sales and they absolutely work with you to give the best financing options.

I shared a similar experience as other reviewers. I went for a yearly dental cleaning and they refused to clean my teeth unless I accepted an expensive "deep cleaning" that they recommended. They also charged me for a copay for an office visit when my insurance specifically mentions $0 copays for in-network office visits. While the staff was very friendly I would not recommend going here, it feels like they care more about charging for extra services than they do about their patients.

Took my mom Claudette for her initial visit today. The office was very clean. The exams are spacious with new updated equipment. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Her dentist explained everything in detail. She was very friendly. My mom is looking forward to her future visits. They deserved 10 stars.

For my first appointment, it was very nice! Everyone was very informative and honest and made me feel very comfortable. They really are there to help keep the integrity of your teeth and make sure you have the confidence in your smile.
