I had a great experience with all the people that work here. Dr Marie, her asst Ms Susan, James and Krissy are amazing from the time i walked in until they provided the best service. I was scared at going to the dentist but at Sage i never felt scared ; they were all great at their jobs. I am Relaxed and not scared at all. Thank you so much . Excellent staff. Ari at the front desk always greet you with a smile. Let’s face it, going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience but everyone, Dr. Basco, James, Susan make the visit “ not so bad “.

The customer service is always outstanding. The staff are courteous, polite, caring and very professional. The office is always cleaning. James does my cleaning every 6 months and provides exceptional care. The staff, especially James, try to make you feel like family.

They will try to sell you unnecessary dental work! I don't often have cavities (last one was 10 years ago), so when I went for my routine cleaning and they came up with $2,000 of dental work I was suspicious (using AI). Not only that, but they didn't even have time to do the cleaning so it was a bait and switch even though I said online I just needed a cleaning when I made the appointment. They wanted to extract two of my wisdom teeth, I asked if they could just drill the cavities and they said no, they must be extracted. I didn't do anything so a few months later I went to a more honest local dentist and got a real summary. I have 3 tiny cavities that were too small to drill. There was no issue with my wisdom teeth. The new dentist wanted to charge me $120 each to put Curodont wh

This was my initial visit and they are ready from the moment you enter the door. Very impressed with thoroughness of the doctor and the time she allots to explain and answer any questions. The staff was courteous, professional, detailed, and friendly.
