Sage Dental of Jacksonville at Town Center

I've been seeing Dr. Najmi for well over a decade for all of my dental needs and when she moved over to Sage Dental, so did I. She is a wonderful dentist that shows great compassion and skill in her work, and I trust her whether I need a regular visit or something bigger. This was my first visit since she has moved over to Sage, and all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to continuing to have my teeth carted for by this wonderful team. Nusiba is one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had! She genuinely took her time. She welcomed me to ask questions, which I did. My mouth is clean and my breath is pleasant! I even love the products I use from her— much better than my previous regimen. I’ve had 2 cleanings with her so far. Found this place for an emergency, they seen me the very next morning. First appointment of the day, Needless to say I’ve been back multiple times. I have transferred my son there and asked my wife to start going there as well. These people have been the best dental office I’ve ever been at, Honestly. My mouth is in an awful way and they are all working so hard to get it to where I want it. I’ve never been upselled, or had my pricing changed on me during or after my visits. I’ve never been mistreated, or told to do anything that I wasn’t comfortable talking to them about and coming to a compromise or decision. They have been amazing letting me bring my son to visits. Honestly one of the best dental practices I’ve been to. My insurance wasn’t accepted, but they still worked with me. Between the dentist, front desk, and the hygienist I felt well cared for. They helped me with X-rays and pulling a tooth that I’ve needed taken care of for the past five months. They even worked with me knowing my financial situation. I walk in, in tears, and walked out knowing that I would be able to feel relief soon. They’re caring, nice, and were really sweet to my kids. For sure, the best dental practice I’ve been to in my 11 years of adulthood. I highly recommend going to them. Now I’m just going through the pain of healing from a pulled tooth, but would definitely go back for any of my dental care. Please consider them if you need help with your teeth.

Really phenomenal experience. I was really worried coming in. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned by a dentist for the last few years. I had a great experience with all the staff Members. Sarah, Nusiba and Dr V. thank you! Chealsea the manager also made it possible for me to get an appointment set up within a good time frame. The team members were gracious and informative. They didn’t make me feel bad but rather encouraged better habits to prevent any issues with my teeth. The office is clean, staff was professional and they were very considerate about the price of everything since I’m paying out of pocket. They have a little coffee station that is perfect for the morning. This building was easy to find and the office is located right off the elevator on the 3rd floor. Thank you for everything!
