I’m so glad y’all opened here!! So convenient and even better than other locations. Amy was fantastic and called me before my first visit to introduce herself and welcome me. She was helpful after my visit on getting me a receipt from another location too. D’Asia was friendly and kind during my cleaning. Parking signs are helpful with as many new businesses that are opening up. Thank you!!

I had such a great experience at Sage in Braselton. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! Amy at the front desk was an absolute delight. She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Chacko was wonderful. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and made sure I understood what was going on without making me feel overwhelmed. I always get a little anxious at dental appointments, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. All of the techs and hygienists were also fantastic — super efficient, gentle, and kind. You can tell the team works really well together, and they made the appointment move quickly without ever feeling rushed.

I was not impressed with the intake person for Sage dental. It appeared to be a call center. The person spoke with an accent that was difficult to understand, and was not very friendly. So I expected similar behavior when I went to For my appointment. However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was kind, friendly, and helpful, From the front desk person, the dental assistant and the dentist herself. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I Would recommend this dental office to anyone needing dental work.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire staff is absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and genuinely lovely from start to finish, especially Ms Amy! They make you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit, not judged at all. You can really tell they care about their patients, especially Dr. Chacko. I visited Sage Dental in Braselton with Alexander Null for a consultation, and although their reminder system is good, my overall experience was disappointing. The waiting area is very small and overcrowded. My daughter and I eventually ended up sitting on the floor because all the chairs were taken. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the receptionist called my name to request a copayment that had never been mentioned before. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated at check-in or during scheduling, she responded, “Well, I’m telling you now.” She also could not provide the cost of the procedure until after the consultation. Once we were taken back, we waited another 40 minutes. Even though I had completed all the forms online, my insurance information had been entered incorrectly. While
