Sage Dental of Altamonte Springs

Katrina was my tech/dental assistant who did X-Rays, she is super nice and fun personality. Dr Monir was very thorough and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, Amber assisted with explaining the billing process. Dr William consulted with my wisdom teeth extractions and explains the entire procedure clearly. Lastly, The hygienist Ayesha is very proud of her work and so am I. Booking next/same day appointments was a breeze, Sage Dental is awesome!

My husband's temp crown fell out twice. When the hygienist did his cleaning my husband stated she was not gentle at all and didn't care that he was stated that it hurt. When his temp crown fell out they really didnt seem to care and both times it was 3 days before the temp was replaced. We are concerned as to how long his permanent 4 crowns will stay in before they fall out. The front desk staff are friendly and very eager to take your payment. I canceled my appointment with sage after the unproductive and unprofessional way the staff handle his crown falling out. Please look elsewhere for dental treatment unless you enjoy pain and uncaring hygienist and staff. The dentist the 1 time we saw here was pleasant.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Every diagnostic test performed was completely explained and I never felt rushed. Dr. Monir explained everything in terms of my care plan, prioritizing the most critical needed work. The financial assistant explained all costs in detail, working with my dental insurance.

Very disappointed with my visit. I went in for a routine annual cleaning and had a very uncomfortable experience. The dental assistant appeared inexperienced and caused significant discomfort while taking X-rays, repeatedly hurting my gums and the inside of my mouth. Another assistant had to step in to help, which made me feel uneasy and like a practice subject rather than a patient. Throughout the visit, there was a strong sense of upselling, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. After nearly an hour spent on X-rays and evaluations, I was informed that I would need a different type of cleaning and was quoted over $250 even with insurance. While I understand that dental care can be expensive, the way this was presented felt more like an attempt to maximize charges rather than focus

Front desk staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs. Such a great experience. The doctor and the x-ray technician were very professional and kind. Thank you for your great care.
