Arrived 25 min early in case they need more info than what I completed online. I was greeted be receptionist that didn’t even look at me just asked last name and she would be with me shortly. I was called back 10 minutes later than appointment time and technician was very pleasant and explained about X-rays. Next Dr came in and greeted me and started looking in my mount walked out saying hygienist would be in. Waited 10 minutes then tech and office staff came to as about mouth guard and insurance would cover 100%. Hygienist greeted me and stated checking gums and when done walked out without a word. Tech schedule cleaning and mouth guard once arrives. Not a lot of communication for a new patient
