Sage Dental Care

I had some strange experiences with the OLD management or previous owners, but since Dr Gong has worked there it has been an amazing experience! A clean and beautiful new office, friendly and gentle dental hygienists. Dr.Gong is very personable and not pushy but informative. And I love that they offer curodont. Thanks Kathleen and Dr. Gong for making dental appointments much more enjoyable!

Here in late 2025, I had my first appointment at Sage Dental Care. I was impressed by their efficiency, skill levels, friendliness, and transparent pricing policies. The office is very clean and comfortable as well. My only "reservation" about the general experience is that they have obviously contracted out some of the logistical functions, such as the initial questionnaire and "social media". While I understand that most likely is necessary in today's world, I feel like I'm am being peppered silly with computer generated text messages and (now) surveys. That doesn't reflect directly on Sage Dental, but rather on how these contracted services function. That said, it would be worse.

I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They’ve completely cured me of my dental anxiety! The entire experience—from start to finish—has been amazing. Dr. Gong is incredibly attentive, takes her time, and is so thoughtful and caring in everything she does. Every member of the staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, and professional. I’ve never felt so comfortable and well taken care of at a dental office before. I couldn’t be happier and am so grateful to have found them!

I do not recommend Sage Dental Boulder based on my experience. I initially scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays. I arrived early to my appointment. After the X-rays were taken, I was told there was no longer enough time for the cleaning and that I would need to return on another day. I had already taken time off work for this appointment, and I have never encountered this issue at another dental office. I took another day off work and returned ~10 days later for the cleaning. When I eventually received my bill, there were two errors: 1. I was charged (and my insurance was billed) for two cleanings. One on the day when no cleaning occurred, and one for the actual cleaning 10 days later. I obviously did not receive two cleanings in that time period. 2. During my appointment,

I came in as a new patient and everyone that I encountered there was extremely nice. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist were thorough and explained what they were going to be doing for the exam and the cleaning, which I always appreciate.
