Sage Dental - Baytown

Front staff could be friendlier or welcoming. No smiles. No warmth. I was pleased with my 7 month olds check up. Dr was nice. Assistant was nice. But I know how these chain offices run… it would definitely be different if the dentist owned the practice.

I visited Sage Dental and the dental staff was amazing very kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the front desk experience wasn’t the same. The lady at the front came off as rude and unwelcoming. I hope the customer service upfront improves to match the great care provided by the dental team.

It has been over a month since I have heard from them to have them contact me for their oral surgery dentist work done. I went in January 22 and they did a cleaning on just my bottom teeth. They need to do better.

I booked an appointment over a month in advance online because they never answered my 5 calls to book an appointment through the phone. The day comes and I take off work just to make this appointment and when I arrive they tell me they can’t see me because “sometimes online appointments dont come through.” What a complete waste of my time and 10 hours of my wage were lost due to this nonsense. I just took my business elsewhere the same day and I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place.

The new dental hygienist was amazing! She was very thorough and careful when cleaning (if you’re the type of person who’s scared of the dentist you know what I mean). She answered all my questions and was overall friendly and professional-10/10 review for her. Only giving 4 stars because appointment times aren’t honored and the wait time is frustrating.
