First visit and overall a great experience—I’ll be back! The front desk was very sweet, attentive, and from the moment I called to establish a new patient relationship, they had me all set up as quickly as possible and super helpful. Katina did my cleaning and was gentle and thorough. The dentist and staff were all attentive, quick, and very thorough walking me through each procedure during my initial appointment. Highly recommend this office!

I have a patient at Joy Dental since 2016 and have had nothing but spectacular service. The office is very clean and staff is very friendly. My hygentist Katina is the best! Always giving the best service and listens to concerns and provides dental accessory recommendations. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Dr. Fay is professional and timely to all my appointments and is so kind. Definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist!

Last month I had two appointments one for a cleaning and subsequently one for a cavity. The care was superb. I’m biased, but Katina is the best (and only) hygienist I’ve ever had. She is thorough, professional, and never fails to remind me of how important it is to floss my beautiful teeth. Dr. Cumberbatch has an awesome “chair side manner.” She filled my cavity and while was very nervous, it was a painless endeavor and her assistant did an awesome job especially when it came to keeping my tongue out of harms way. I always have a great experience at Joy Dental. Thank you all for taking care of my dental needs!

My first visit to Joy Dental in Baytown was absolutely amazing! From the warm welcome to the peaceful, faith-filled environment, everything exceeded my expectations. The Christian atmosphere was refreshing, the ambience was calming, and the entire experience was so relaxing. The customer service was exceptional—everyone was kind, attentive, and professional.
