Next Level Urgent Care | Baytown

We’ve been to this location several times. Convenient and affordable. We’ve always been seen and are done in about an hour. The receptionist, Lala was fantastic. She’s warm and inviting while still being professional. The PA, Jonathan impressed me by asking questions and conversing directly to my daughter unlike several other providers we’ve seen. We’ll definitely be back whenever our family needs care.

As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is in caring, capable hands. Dr. Shek and Nurse Lala were absolutely wonderful with my 16-year-old son. They were patient, kind, attentive, and took the time to speak to him with respect while also keeping me informed every step of the way. Their warmth and compassion helped put both of us at ease, and they made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, especially their younger ones. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent care my son received and highly recommend Dr. Shek and Nurse Lala to any parent looking for a medical team they can truly trust.

I had an excellent experience getting my blood drawn. I’m usually a bit nervous about needles, but the whole process was quick, smooth, and virtually painless. Staff member Jakaiah was professional, confident, and very reassuring, which made a big difference. They found the vein on the 2nd try and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care and skill—it couldn’t have gone better. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Next level and to say my experience was great! I was treated with a happy smile from Lala at the front desk and immediately brought back to a room. When I got to the room I was first seen by Rhilynne with a very energetic and ready to help attitude. Then I was seen by Selina the physician, easy to talk to and explain things to. She really listened to my needs and has a very energetic and happy attitude! In all this is a very welcoming Urgent care and their employees truly care about your care and needs! They greet you with cheer and try and make you experience the best it can be!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Selena is an incredible provider—thorough, professional, and truly listens to your concerns. Lola, the medical assistant, was equally fantastic; she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and kept everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this team!
