Safeway Pharmacy

Put on hold for less than two min. Answered my question if they had a medication that Walgreens said would take a month to get. They did and it was filled by next day. I have never had a problem in the past.

Would be an awesome pharmacy if not for one worker named Kathy which is probably the lady everyone else is having issues with she's extremely rude and slow and extremely judgemental sad because I enjoy that Safeway but hate the pharmacy solely because of Kathy

Don't ever have my script ready when it is suppose and they close earlier then 6 pm on Saturday they were closed at 5 57 pm that's not 6pm

Pharmacy tech MARISSA is amazing. She explained things to me in a kind way,looked up my coupon for best price. Twice in a few days !!! The pharmacist was extremely patient and kind as well. I feel as though they really went above and beyond while doing their jobs.

I was told that my prescription would be ready on a Monday evening. I went in at lunch on Tuesday to make sure that they had plenty of time. I was told that it would be an hour before my prescription was filled. I told them I would be back after work. There were so many people in line when I did come back (over 15), that I decided to come back the following morning when they opened. I was told by a young, bored-looking, short-haired person with a flat, disinterested voice who wouldn't even look at me that my medication wasn't available and that they were having trouble getting it in. I said "So I suppose that means I'm just not getting it". They replied in the affirmative, not offering any options or apologies or anything. Flat out did NOTHING.
