Safeway Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff is amazing. Unfortunately, I see them often and they know me by my first name. Considering that, they are very consistent in their awesome customer service. They have helped with contacting my doctors, using Goodrx and checking my insurance.

Ok I just switched to this pharmacy today and….. Evan was amazing! He was so sweet and helped me with getting an RX number and he told me to call him back after 4 PM, which I did… And what he said is what he came through with. I am so beyond Pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much sir!

Staff is great the customer think their the only people in the world. If there's people in line you don't need to chat with the staff

Most of the staff are wonderful. There are a few bad apples, that I like to bypass, but overall service is good. I understand they get busy, so I get it. Only thing is, is this particular pharmacy is never as busy as I have seen in others sooooo... Only one person has been straight up rude and I hate that, so I give it right back and I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Rude customer service is never acceptable. There is always one bad 🍎. The rest of the store are full of some the nicest staff I have EVER come across, so kudo's to this particular Safeway.

Love this Safeway and everybody is really nice except for the deli. The women in the deli act like it is a bother to have to deal with customers. I love to go and get sandwiches made at the deli but now purposely avoided and I’m scared to order sandwiches because they act like they’re having to stop whatever they’re doing to come and help you. Isn’t the customer the reason that they’re there? I’m really disappointed because the rest of the grocery store is so friendly and nice this really is a huge issue.
