Safeway Pharmacy

This is not about complaining, this is about sharing practical experience. i found Safeway Pharmacy to have slow service, delayed responses, and broken systems. I got tired of waiting in lines for prescriptions due to understaffing. I tried to cancel auto notifications via the text system. stop options. I continued to get notifications. I spent 15 minutes calling to have notifications turned off, only to get more auto notifications the next morning. I switched to online pharmacies, and so far, so good.

Same unmatched 5 star customer service as the rest of the store. Even dug a little deeper and got my prescription covered by my provider. $8 is $8! Thanks!

My boyfriend had surgery today and the pharmacist was kind enough to make sure that he had his meds within an hour. The pharmacy staff has been very busy recently and I truly appreciated it.

This pharmacy doesn't open when they are supposed to. Additionally, when they did open I was told it would be 20 more minutes before they were ready for customers. Lastly, Walgreens had a cheaper price for my medication. I moved all my prescriptions there.

Very kind very helpful and they were also very professional a 4 to 5 star joint forsure.
