Safeway Pharmacy

This is a 5 star pharmacy staff. I have chronic conditions & the Safeway Pharmacy is terrific in helping me to manage my needs. The Pharmacist Ben Schultz and staff Karina & Jen are knowledgeable, professional, friendly & helpful. I know they are at the mercy of supply & demand, but they always go out of their way to help and take care of my needs. They are 100% an asset to my medical team.

I have been going to this pharmacy (through all the name changes) for 15 years and never had a problem until now. Customer service from this pharmacy significantly deteriorated since Rico left. I called to check the prescription refill after the doctor's office informed me that they had sent the authorization to the pharmacy, only to be scolded by the technician that they had the medicine on the shelf and I didn't pick up so they had to do it all over again for me. I never got a text nor call from the pharmacy that the prescription was ready. I checked with the doctor's office after-the-fact and realized it may have been a miscommunication between the pharmacy and the clinic. That's fine, everybody makes mistakes. But the way the technician handled my issue was way out of line. I immediate
