Safeway Pharmacy

I Definitely switched Pharmacies after the tech was extremely rude several times when I came to pickup my Prescriptions, I feel sorry for the elderly or extremely sick people if they were ever treated the way I was. I worked in the medical field for over 35 years and believe in compassion and excellent customer service. Hoping this Pharmacy will change for the better.

Like to thank Zachery and Shelly for going out of their way to insure I was not left without my prescriptions yesterday (Nov1st). Would have been without my asthma/copd meds until Nov 7th and with both of their help. They filled my prescriptions and only missed a few doses! Like to also thank the manager “Ozzy” for listening to me and thanking him for both Zachery & Shelly outstanding help! Thank you all and love this Pharmacy & Store and all the great folks that go above and beyond for the customers! 🙂🙏❤️

I've rarely had anything other than prompt, personable, and helpful service at the Lakeside Safeway pharmacy over decades of experience and through countless numbers of staffing changes. I've found that a friendly word and a smile go a long way, especially with often understaffed and sometimes overextended personnel.

Shelley is my favorite pharmacist. She's kind, informative, and always willing to help. The rest of the team is also fantastic. You all do great work! :)

I've received little from this pharmacy beyond inconvenience. They never seem to have anything in stock, and orders often do not seem to arrive in a timely manner. The woman in front of me in line just now was told that the medication her husband was completely out of was still on order. Most of the staff are affable and personable enough, and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there is a clear problem somewhere in their workflow. If I were staying here longer, I'd find a different pharmacy.
