Walking in initially the person at the front desk seemed too busy to be polite. Right from the beginning I stated that I would not be able to pay with card as it was hit for fraud and I was waiting for a new one. I explained they could bill me and that I had cash. Now keep in mind everything this person said to be was short and pointed. He explained they didn't do cash, which is fine. I explain what's going on. You know, basic October November head cold. He then hands me a mask, no word no comment no anything. This aggravated me because now I feel like im being treated like some infectious person. But even then an explanation with a please (you know, manners) would have been preferred. When I asked about it he points to the sign and says to me "you can read the sign. We are no longer urgen

Banner corporate is impossible to work with regarding issues. They only allow for billing to make arrangements for payments. No patient grievances allowed. Their P.A. was at the other show low facility before it closed. He yells in rage like he's got a bad hangover and chased me out the door then has banner corporate try to charge me. He did NOT complete service and wants to collect which will never happen. If banner wants me to stop practicing my consumer rights with my reviews then they can contact me with a closing statement of a zero balance. An apology may also be included and never treat patients like that again. Banners comment at the bottom to respond is nonscence, they know I have reported as they state with no follow up.

I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience at this Urgent care. The staff was amazing, straight forward and humble. They were all so kind. Ron, Naveena, Trace and Karollyn were went an above and beyond. I ended up having a fracture and they were all compassionate around what I was feeling, anxiety and worries, they showed up. It’s not easy being a nurse or doctor. Please have patience as they are doing their best always and there to help us humans. Thank you beautiful humans. Thank you for helping me and find my calm in a stressful situation!

I had been dealing with cold/flu/sore throat symptoms for 10 days. The worst I’ve felt in a long time. I tried a couple of Teladoc calls for virtual assistance (one after sick 7 days and second at 10th day) but kept getting told to give it a few more days and let it work its way out on its own. My symptoms got progressively worse. I went to Banner Urgent Care and the medical staff took the time to listen to me and identify the cause. I was checked out and prescribed the appropriate medications. I felt 100% better in just a couple of days.

Banner Urgent Care did a great job providing me the meds I needed to feel better after having intermittent ear/jaw pain for 2.5 weeks. Really liked the fact I could schedule myself for a time to arrive. Wish the Banner in Show Low was open but they closed for the day I needed urgent care.
