Love to hear themselves talk and the patient is always wrong. They don’t know how to address information that is incorrect nor will they acknowledge that mistakes are sometimes made on their end. Terrible pharmacy

Considerate, compassionate and efficient. I am treated as a person and not as a number. They remembered me even though I hadn’t been there in a year! And that is how they have always treated me in my 20 years in Napa.

Always a pleasure to deal with this pharmacy. The Pharmacists and supporting staff are knowledgeable, instructive, polite, cordial and always ready to help. This is more than I can say regarding their customers…

Safeway did excellent job of getting a necessary and forgotten prescription (left at home) for vacationers. Problem solved with a phone call and pharmacy pickup within an hour!!!!

This pharmacy is unreliable! I made an appointment online for a flu shot, and received confirmation for the appointment. However, when I showed up, I was told they were out of vaccines, but didn’t call to tell me. Why would their website allow scheduling for vaccines they don’t have? Someone is NOT doing their job. P. S. CVS had the flu shot available, and I was a walk-in. No appointment necessary.
