I have been using this pharmacy for the past two years. It was horrible but the past couple times I have been there the clerk Maddie (I think that is her name) has been very pleasant a great change from the very rude clerks I’ve previously encountered. Maddie actually even answered the phone the first time I called tha usually takes 10calls in a row to get anyone to answer She isa great addition to your pharmacy
First Class service from tech to Pharmacist. Occasionall lines but go shop for a few minutes and Bingo, short line! We think they have Great people serving the counter! Been in the flu shot line over 20 years. We're not related to any of them!
They Treat veterans horrible there not timely there hard to talk to the Hispanic women named Ann is very disrespectful and hard to understand due to the language barrier and she doesn't understand insurance protocol St Charles the main hospital even warmed me about how atrocious there service is and they don't work well with ALOT of people
5.5.2025 Although some aspects of the madras Pharmacy has improved very little. The fact that they never answer the telephones, which then the person has the go to store to talk to the pharmacy staff just to reorder their meds. Just answer your phones.
Went to get my flu shot per usual as I do every year. Took 30 minutes, but that's okay. When I got my shot, I immediately knew something was wrong and tried to talk to the gal who gave it. Told her it was hurting extremely bad, and so was my arm. Flu shots haven't hurt in over 5 years. She said oh that's weird and then pushed me out to go to the next client. I contemplated getting back in the 30-minute line because my arm was swelling but decided against it. Thought if the gal wasn't concerned, I shouldn't be. I got home and was not feeling well. My face had begun swelling. I called the pharmacy 6 times, hoping to ask a pharmacist what was going on. At this point, my injection sight is the size of a half of a baseball. I called Walmart pharmacy, hoping they could help. Walmart pharmacy too
