Very appreciative of Dr. Rhen being on-call when my dog injured her back at night while we were camping outside of town. He was calm and his exam was thorough. I spoke to Christina on the phone the following morning, and she was also very kind and professional. Thank you!

Dr. Renn was my "suggested approved Vet to see from known patients of their furry friends", for a 2nd opinion on my Dory dog 5 month nightmare, with a broken front leg. It came down to have to make a decision to amputate or surgery with 1st Vet. Friends told me to get 2nd opinion and suggested Dr. Renn. My husband took her in, shared our very real, expensive journey we had been thru, lots of setbacks I wont share....bcuz it was our own experience, that went bad from the beginning....excepting that it was NOT the right fit for us😥. Dr Renn n staff listened n cared about our situation. Took Dory dog in like their own furry family n worked a miracle in 2 weeks!!!! His methods n experience n "out of the box" thinking, that's only my thought, bcuz, our last Vet kept doing the same thing over n

I was able to get an appt the same day, which was great because my little guy needed to be seen right away. Dr Rhen gave him some antibiotics and some pain meds, and he was doing much better within a few days. 🙂

Madras Animal hospital was great at fitting us in last minute while we were on vacation for our poor Bert’s ear infection. They were friendly, had clean facilities & very accommodating. Fair pricing as well. We were in and out quickly with some meds for our sweet boy. Thanks!

My kitten had eaten a house plant, we brought her here to get her checked out. The vet literally just held her and checked her heartbeat. No labs or any kind of test were taken. He told us to give her 3 weeks to get better. Charged me $78 just to hold and pet here. A week later her health was declining rapidly. I made a appt at another vet in Terrebonne, on the way there she passed away. After looking at these reviews, I see this a common occurrence for kittens/cats. Please do not bring your pets here and go somewhere else. I am absolutely heartbroken. Some vets just don’t care about animals and are only in for the money.
